Most issues fall into sync, embed, Shield, or account categories.
Widget empty or “Unable to load reviews”
Run sync after saving Google/Yelp links. Confirm data-business-id matches active business UUID. Ensure reviews are published and not archived.
Sync returns error or 503
Production requires a valid SerpApi key on TrustFlowX hosting. Verify Google Place ID format (ChIJ… or valid Maps URL).
Widget shows demo on localhost only
Expected in local dev when API unreachable. On production with valid ID, only real reviews show.
Shield link 404
Check slug in Settings. Slug is unique per business — update printed QR if slug changed.
Wrong location data
Use sidebar location switcher. Re-copy embed with that location business ID.
AI reply not on Google
Drafts save in TrustFlowX only — post manually to Google Business Profile.
Digest not received
Confirm digest enabled in Settings. Check spam. Digests send when there was activity in the prior week.
