Onboarding runs once per new account and creates your profile, business record, Shield slug, and default carousel widget.
Step 1 — Business name
Use your legal or trading name as customers know it. This appears on widgets, Shield pages, and emails.
Step 2 — Review profiles
- Google — Paste a Google Maps share link or Place ID (starts with
ChIJ). Required for meaningful sync. - Yelp — Full business page URL (optional).
Step 3 — Launch dashboard
TrustFlowX runs an initial sync when Google is provided. You land on the dashboard ready to customize widgets and copy your Shield link.
Plan limits
Starter includes one location. Pro supports up to five; Agency supports unlimited — use Settings to add locations after upgrading. See Plans & limits.
