Fraud Shield helps you spot reviews that may be fake, duplicated, or low-trust before they appear on your public widget.
Trust score
Each review receives a score (0–100) based on signals such as:
- Duplicate hardware fingerprints across reviews
- Verified vs unverified reviewer signals
- Platform-specific scrutiny (e.g. internal submissions)
Scores below 50 are flagged automatically on import.
Workflow
Open Fraud Shield in the dashboard → review flagged items → archive or unpublish if fraudulent → publish if legitimate.
Legal note
Only hide reviews you have legitimate reason to dispute. Synced Google/Yelp reviews should follow each platform's policies for public responses.
