Dashboard → Site Links → Sync Google & Yelp. Settings also offers Sync reviews now after you update URLs.

Last sync time is stored per business. If reviews look stale, run a manual sync first.
Per platform
Uses your Google Place ID via SerpApi Google Maps Reviews engine. Maps share links are converted automatically when you save Site Links.
Yelp
Requires a valid yelp.com/biz/... URL on the business record.
What gets imported
- Reviewer name, rating, text, date, platform
- Existing owner replies from Google/Yelp when available
- Trust score / fraud flags calculated on import
- Published by default unless you hide or archive in dashboard
Duplicates
TrustFlowX upserts by business + reviewer + text to avoid duplicate rows on repeat syncs.
