The dashboard is your command center — one workspace per active business location.

Key Metrics Overview

The top of your dashboard features four primary metric cards designed to give you an instant snapshot of your business's reputation health.

  • Global Rank: Your overarching Trust Level (Levels 1 through 12). This is driven by your Authentication Score, which heavily rewards "Verified by Google" reviews over anonymous feedback.
  • Trust Momentum: An uncapped pulse score that measures recent activity. This score decays over time (faster at higher levels), meaning consistent new feedback is required to stay "Blazing".
  • Trust Score: A composite 5-point rating that accurately blends both your public reviews and private Shield feedback into one transparent score.
  • Unresolved Issues: The exact count of pending 1-3 star feedback in your Shield Inbox. If this climbs too high, your Global Rank will be "Gate-locked" and prevented from leveling up.

Global Rank (Gamification)

Your business levels up through a 12-tier system based on your total review volume, average rating, and Authentication Score:

  • Level 1: Newbie Explorer
  • Level 2: Rising Star (10+ reviews)
  • Level 3: Verified Merchant (10+ reviews, >80 Auth Score)
  • Level 4: Local Favorite (25+ reviews)
  • Level 5: Bronze Authority (50+ reviews)
  • Level 6: Silver Guardian (100+ reviews)
  • Level 7: Gold Standard (250+ reviews)
  • Level 8: Platinum Pillar (500+ reviews)
  • Level 9: Diamond Titan (750+ reviews)
  • Level 10: Elite Vanguard (1,000+ reviews, 4.8+ rating)
  • Level 11: Master of Trust (1,500+ reviews, >95 Auth Score)
  • Level 12: TrustFlowX Legend (2,500+ reviews, 4.9+ rating)

Gate-lock Warning: If your Unresolved Issues exceed 20% of your total interactions, your Global Rank will be temporarily frozen. You must resolve customer issues to continue leveling up.

Trust Momentum (Pulse)

This is an uncapped momentum score that measures how "hot" your recent activity is. When you generate new feedback, your pulse score rises. However, the score actively decays every day you go without activity:

  • Levels 1-4: Lose 2 points per day of inactivity.
  • Levels 5-8: Lose 5 points per day of inactivity.
  • Levels 9-12: Lose 10 points per day of inactivity.

Statuses automatically shift from "🔥 Blazing" (activity within 2 days), to "⚡ Active", to "🧊 Decaying" (no activity for 7+ days). Earning a high Momentum Score means you are consistently generating reviews and outpacing the daily decay rate!

What's New: Smart Sync & Verification

Recent updates have made data collection smoother and more accurate than ever:

  • Google Identity Verification: Reviewers can verify their identity using Google on both positive and negative review paths. Verified reviews receive a massive +20 Trust Score algorithmic boost.
  • Universal Shortlink Resolution: When syncing Google Site Links, TrustFlowX now automatically resolves short URLs (like share.google or maps.app.goo.gl) to fetch the canonical Place ID via the Google Places API.
  • Yelp Anti-Bot Bypass: We've bypassed Yelp's stringent firewalls by intelligently resolving links and pinging Google's Search engine cache, ensuring your Yelp reviews sync perfectly every time.
  • Gemini AI Engine: Smart link extraction and verification is now fully powered by Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, offering blazing-fast and highly accurate data parsing.

Private feedback from Review Shield. Filter by status and resolve when handled.

Location switcher

Pro and Agency accounts with multiple businesses use the sidebar switcher to change active location. All data — reviews, Shield, widgets — scopes to the selected business.
