TrustFlowX drafts replies using OpenAI with safe fallbacks if AI is unavailable. Available on Pro and Agency plans.
How to use
- Open a review in the dashboard.
- Click generate AI reply (or similar action on the review card).
- Edit the draft to match your brand voice.
- Save — the draft is stored on the review record.
- Copy and post manually to Google Business Profile or Yelp.
Two-way sync
TrustFlowX can import existing owner replies from Google on sync. Posting new replies back to Google automatically is not yet supported — paste approved text into the platform yourself.
Tips
Personalize every draft with the customer name and specific detail from their review. Never post generic AI text without human review.
